Lantern Parade

Join the Lantern Parade from Teynham Village Hall to Teynham Community Hall. Bring the lantern you made earlier — everyone welcome!

Starts at Teynham Village Hall
Assemble 5.20pm
Parade sets off 5.30pm
Finish at Teynham Community Hall (around 5.45pm)

Christmas Tree Lights & Community Sing-along

Celebrate as the Christmas Tree lights are switched on, followed by a joyful Community Sing-along inside the Hall.

Hot mince pies will be served by the Lynsted & Teynham WI, funded by Teynham PC.

Raising money for good causes

Money raised at this event will be given to the following organisations:

(Local Charity/organisation - TBC) — All money raised on the day from the entrance charge and the raffle.
St Mary's Church Teynham — All money raised on the refreshment stand at the Village Hall.
Money raised from the stall holder table charge (£20/table) will be used to offset the cost of the event including hall hire, Santa's gifts for Children, lantern parade materials and refreshments at the Community Hall).
Teynham Parish Council has allocated £100 towards this event.
